The 10 Moodle Skills You Need To Know
Below are the 10 key skills you need to know to deliver engaging online and blended courses using VCC Moodle:
Use the Moodle Text Editor (video: 2:42 minutes)
Add images (video 2:53 minutes)
Drag/Upload files (video: 2:10 minutes)
Using the Moodle File Picker (video: 3:01 minutes)
Add Moodle resources/activities (video: 2:21 minutes)
Add links to external content using Moodle URL (video: 2:00 minutes) - note that you can also add inks using the text editor tool (see link above)
Show/Hide an entire course
- Click the green cog icon and choose Edit settings:
- Under General, set the course visibility to Hide or Show.
Show/Hide a section of a course
With editing for the course turned on, click the Edit button beside a section name and choose Show section or Hide section:
Show/Hide individual resources and activities
With editing for the course turned on, click the Edit button beside a resource or activity and choose Show or Hide:
