In this hands-on, discussion-driven workshop, instructors will move beyond foundational concepts of neurodiversity to explore practical, real‑world strategies that strengthen student success across academic, and applied learning environments. Participants will learn how to embed Universal Design for Learning (UDL) strategies that ease common pain points for both students and instructors. Through case studies from academic classrooms to the applied learning contexts, instructors will collaborate, troubleshoot, and share scenarios from their own teaching to discuss short and long-term strategies that include course design improvements, to build an inclusive learning environment for all students. This workshop is a collaboration between CTLR and Disability Services.
