As instructors, we work to create an effective learning climate for students. However, each of us has different boundaries and limits around how we do that and manage challenging behaviour in class. This workshop will help you reflect on your perception of your role in classroom management, explore techniques and strategies for managing disruptive behaviours and go through some scenarios. Facilitated by Fionna Chong and Emily Simpson.
