Useful Prompts for Educators

GenAI can potentially benefit both instructors and students to:

• Provide instant access to vast amounts of information quickly
• Aid diverse learners with different learning abilities, linguistic backgrounds, or accessibility needs
• Accelerate exploration and creativity, spark curiosity, suggest new ideas and ways of thinking
• Provide personalized content and experiences

For instructors, GenAI can assist in creating teaching materials like presentations, glossaries, rubrics, summaries, sample problems, case studies, explanations, examples, various question types, alternative text, video scripts, and assignments. It can also help with incorporating universal design for learning and reflecting on teaching practice.

• Coadaptive Labs Prompt & GPT Library (well laid out examples with creative ways to use generative AI)  
• Creating teaching materials with Copilot workshop recording and handout (many example prompts) 
• Generate H5P and Moodle activities with Copilot prompts
